A QGIS-3 plugin for 3D change detection in rasters.
A group project at NOVA IMS to create a plugin for QGIS-3. The plugin is for detecting change in DEMs (rasters) while centered around digital surface model (DSM) created from drone data. We are currently looking at ways to implement an error check for the quality of the DEM inputs and to make the code less redundant. Any help would be appreciated.
