Thank you for report. Some of these is caused by Playerbot spells not being correctly flag as "known spell" when loaded from DB, so they are tried to be saved again during DB save. It will not cause any trouble other than the log warnings. I will hope to fix it soon after other more large crashes are fixed.

I tested for 12 hours and adjusted the configuration repeatedly. This error is caused by the automatic learning of skills. Turn off the automatic learning skills, because the spells command will crash after the automatic learning of skills.
