which: no yum in (/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/opt/bin)
在服务器上并没有这个包管理工具，我搜索了很长时间，问题一直没有解决，
mycloud bin # yum install python
-bash: yum: command not found
使用的是：centos6

前面所有步骤都没处岔子，不知道还是没法成功fanqiang

ip可以ping通，端口也是开放的，可是xhsell和putty都无法连接服务器

刚搭建可以翻,过2天翻不了了,ping下地址是能通的,大佬你知道是啥情况吗,,,,,

怎么解决

用vultr搭服务器到outline manager那一步复制之后点done提示无法连接到outline server

vultr连续换几个都是被墙ip，要么是一开始能连上服务器，过一段时间就连不上了- -，怕是vultr的5美元服务器都被墙了

另外，VPN客户端下载POTOSO还是下载shadowrocet?哪个好

以前是设置好manual- socks host

然后命令 sslocal -s 账号-p 8097 -k "密码" -b 127.0.0.1 -l 1080
就可以翻墙

操作很简单
