这个应该不属于CSTrack，严格意义上是JDE算法，只是里面的检测框架用了YOLOv5L，CStrack里面核心的检测与reid解耦模块(CCN+SAAN)都没有放进去。因此相对于JDE算法在检测性能上有提升，但是在IDswich问题上效果和JDE差别不大，自然不如原汁原味的CStrack，更不如anchor free的fairmot。这个工程项目主要是想提升速度，如果追求极致速度的话可以把yolov5l换成yolov5s。
