ios-in-action's Issues

as or as?

In my Xcode, following codes can be built successfully:

func tableView(tableView: UITableView, cellForRowAtIndexPath indexPath: NSIndexPath) -> UITableViewCell {
        let cellIndetifier = "Cell"
        let cell = tableView.dequeueReusableCellWithIdentifier(cellIndetifier, forIndexPath: indexPath) as! UITableViewCell
        cell.textLabel!.text = restaurantNames[indexPath.row]
        return cell
    }

Unlike the books said:

func tableView(tableView: UITableView, cellForRowAtIndexPath indexPath: NSIndexPath) ->
UITableViewCell {
       let cellIdentifier = "Cell"
       let cell = tableView.dequeueReusableCellWithIdentifier(cellIdentifier, forIndexPath:
indexPath) as UITableViewCell
        // Configure the cell...
        cell.textLabel.text = restaurantNames[indexPath.row]
return cell }

So what's the difference between "as", "as!" and "as?"? I only found something related HERE, but I was still confusing.
