Page attachments have to be always served with content-disposition: attachment so they don't get displayed in user browser. On prod this will be configured in web server config but similar solution needs to be provided for dev mode (using Flask's dev server).

Definition of done

• configuration of web server described in docs (example: Nginx)
• dev server configured to serve attachments with appropriate content-disposition header
• code provides helper methods/properties to retrieve download-related attributes (URL, file name, etc)

Site has to provide user with search facility that allows to search for page titles, page content and attachment titles.

It does not look good on small screens.
