ex-aliquo's Issues

[1.6.4] ClassCastException TileMultipart_cmp$$18 --> mariculture.api.core.IUpgradable

Crash Log: http://pastebin.com/sgW6PmMe
Pack: Agrarian Skies 1.0.1

To Reproduce:

  1. Place a block (cobblestone works)
  2. Surround 4 sides of the block (not top/bottom) w/ covers from Forge Microblocks
  3. On the bottom side of the block, place 2 strips on opposite sides, from Forge Microblocks
  4. Break the original block places (the cobble)
  5. Put a water source where the original block was
  6. Stand under the water with a Mariculture Fishing Rod, and Fish looking straight up. I was using the wooden rod w/ maggot bait.

Crash should happen within 10 casts of the rod. The fault seems to be with the unsafe casting of a Forge Microblock into the Mariculture IUpgradable, as done by the SkyFishHandler from ExAliquo. If this is a base-Mariculture issue as well then let me know and I'll cross-post the issue.

[v1.37] Server Console Spam

Hi,

We get a lot of spam in the server console with:

[Server thread/INFO] [Ex Nihilo/]: Searching for server side world reference: Success!
[Server thread/INFO] [Ex Nihilo/]: Searching for server side world reference: Success!
[Server thread/INFO] [Ex Nihilo/]: Searching for server side world reference: Success!
[Server thread/INFO] [Ex Nihilo/]: Searching for server side world reference: Success!
......

with bursts of 15/s creates big logs, it gets worse with more players online.

We use Skyfactory modpack v2.2.1
And Cauldron as server software. Thanks

How to compile?

I am trying to play the Crash Landing map but this mod seems to be causing some problems. I want to try to compile from source but I am not sure how since there is no gradlew in the repo. Any instructions?

Breaking an BlockEndEye causes (irreversible) server crash

The server crashes with an "Exception while ticking a block" message. I've looked into this, and it seems that eyeBlink() (Ex-Aliquo / exaliquo / blocks / BlockEndEye.java at line 112) returns an out-of-bounds index.

A small addition: this issue only occurs on SMP, and simply placing the block in the world seems to be enough to crash the server.
