Misrendering of `\div`

IB QM notes don't appear on the website

Hi! Amazing lecture notes, thank you!
For some reason, the link https://thirdsgames.co.uk/gh/maths-compiled/ib/qm/build/main.pdf does not work - it gives a 500 Internal Server Error. Perhaps there is a LaTeX error that has prevented it from compiling?

Adding lecturers' names

Hi!
It would be useful to include the name of the lecturer at the start of each course's notes. Different lecturers sometimes have very different perspectives on the same material, so knowing who lectured a course is valuable information. While one could potentially try to unearth this from looking at old lecture lists, they are not likely to be as long-lived on the internet as this repository is!
