Send Community service with /comserv or use PS-MDT

Change config to liking (Outfits)
Goto - qb-core/server/player.lua
Find - Line 88 -- Metadata -- Under the function - paste below.

It seems that this script is breaking qb-spawn somehow. Whenever we add this into the server, no matter what location you select, you're sent to Legion. when it's removed, qb-spawn works as normal.
i did a PR to fix the amination not playing and blocked player keypressed they where able to press LALT and then they could move while canceling the anim
