A few requirements for this part of the project:

• We need to be able to list all users, modify them, add to groups, etc for Admins
• We need to be able to see all packages, modify them, and mark their delivery status as an Employee
• We need to be able to have a separate login page using Employee SSN or Admin SSN

Since this is a completely different part of the website, it doesn't need to look like the rest. It just needs to be functional. Here are some examples:
