Is it possible to add the Hacktoberfest topic on this repo to count for HacktoberFest 2020 please ?

• Add pwacompat
• Add Service worker

Coronavirus oblige, il faudrais ajouter un masque chirurgicale.

On Chrome the buttons in focus state have both the native blue outline and the red border. I think the outline should be removed.
Besides, maybe we could add a little effect on hover, like a darker grey ?
I also noticed that there is no cursor: pointer on the three circle buttons, maybe it would be better to have it.

If it is ok for you I can fix all that quickly

Change must be in:

• the main app title
• the html meta title
• package name
• in the readme file

Check if there are no remaining names of MyZenikanard
