You should NOT be able to create a past event (although, it's great for testing!)

Currently, the Confirm/Delete Pages are just a string of H1 text saying: "Confirmed" or "Deleted"

The mobile version should be the priority, and the design should focus on speed and functionality. However, should also have a desktop version (specifically the landing page) that allows for a more aesthetically pleasing design (considering that desktop users will typically have more available bandwidth).

Currently, you can attempt to check-in without specifying an email address

Because the modal (info/error) dialogs appear UNDER the submit buttons, they sometimes go unnoticed (depending on the users position on the page)... they should probably appear above the submit button.

Google seems to switch out their JSON response schema on a weekly basis... there's gotta be a better way!

An error is occurring on every check-in attempt, even though the check-in is being correctly recorded on the server-side.
