Here the file for downloading linux amd64 is fixed, we should consider supporting multiple operating systems and multiple architectures.

Do not mkidr "${HOME}/bin", so we can't download k to bin dir.
Do not export PATH, so we can't use kubectl anywhere.
Need to mkdir .kube, so we can save our config.

Background

From K/pkg/basedir.go. I think we can use os.Getenv replace user.Current(). Because os.GetEnv can get clean infomation. And we only judge user platform that is 'win' or others.

Goreleaser config file is out of date, we need to update it.
