Currently, if the window changes size, the graph does not handle that happening, and will remain the same size as first drawn.

Useful for interfacing with other programs; allows reduced memory usage by plugins by allowing KerbalGraph to hold data instead.

Multiple mods may package KerbalGraph, and they might package different versions. We don't want the most recent version to be overridden by an older version, so I propose we do something like is done for ModuleManager.

This should be set up before the first release for our own sanity.
