flowmoji's Issues

Hide bogus messages from UI

In order to ensure a usable user interface, we must hide the bogus messages from the chat. The user should not see the bogus messages that are being sent between the two application hosts.

Add sending emojis at random times

With enough resources, somebody could brute-force unencrypt an intercepted Signal message. So long as there are enough bogus messages flooding the network, anyone using the Signal application can quickly exhaust an attacker's resources. Only a small percentage of messages will contain any valuable information; all others will simply convey strings of meaningless emojis.

This will add a new layer to Signal's already robust security measures and will make getting useful information from an encrypted conversation significantly easier.

This project is inspired by Internet Noise. Both projects work on the same premise: if you can't stop them, overwhelm with noise.
