As the first main extension library of SDL.js, it is important that this ships so that we can demonstrate the extensibility of the code.

should the gradients manipulators be part of the sdl.color library or a seperate sdl.gradient

having a long name with context:

sdl.canvas.context.get("id");//gets the context of the canvas with "id"
sdl.canvas.create("id","location details");//creates a canvas element and places it on the page

vs stand alone functions:

//same functionality as above
sdl.getContext("id"); 
sdl.createCanvas("id","location details");

Need to clean up the code and the geometry calculations for the .triangle() method to make it more streamlined and actually show the triangle right side up. Not sure why its showing that way right now.

For some reason .toDataURL() doesn't seem to return the right thing and the function doesn't execute

V3 main priority should be a completely encapsulated version so that no global-namespace pollution occurs.
