anki-ir's Issues

Restrict incremental reading to incremental reading deck

Blog comment:
One problem I found: if you right click in other decks, the "extract" and
"remove" commands have replaced the "copy" command. This can be problematic
for those trying to copy and paste words to look up in dictionaries, etc.
Ctrl+c still works, however.

Plugins are hard

Comment from user:

Great thank you!

Can you upload it to the Anki main repository for shared plugins? Otherwise you
need to specifically search for IR and that was from my experience quite hard.

Thanks for that cool stuff!

Proxies are not supported

The incremental reading plugin doesn't acknowledge proxies when downloading a
URL to put in a card.

Source tracking

Comment:

I modified my copy of the plugin to keep track of source information, as shown
in these screenshots:

Usage Tutorial

Anki IR is too hard to start using. Give a step-by-step tutorial on how you
could start using incremental reading.

Feature request: Tagging "qa" automatically as a second deck

Separate handling of page->paragraph->sentence process as one process, and
specially marking actual question cards and putting them in a deck after
they're made as a different process. This will let users use incremental
reading without doing a lot of manual work integrating it with their other
decks.

Multiple cloze deletion

Making multiple cloze deletions of a single sentence is difficult and requires
remembering things instead of just looking at the screen.

This isn't obviously related to incremental reading.

Also, check if it will be implemented in Anki 2.0 before anything else!
