Content of the site has partly disappeared after last upgrade

Describe the bug

After last upgrade, I land on a fresh "Install" page when visiting my website.

I checked and the content which has disappeared are the default pages (1-home and 9-about). My media files are there, the other pages that I had created are there too.

But maybe some config files have been overwritten since when visiting the site it proposes to "install" the site (create user/ password) as if it was a fresh install.

Context

  • Hardware: Raspberry Pi at home
  • YunoHost version: 11.2.5 (stable)
  • I have access to my server: Through SSH | through the webadmin
  • Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance ?: no

I upgraded from version 0.8.20~ynh4 (for which I have the pre-upgrade backup files) to 2023.09.23~ynh1

Steps to reproduce

Upgrade.

Expected behavior

Content not disappearing ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

Logs

I can provide logs if needed, just tell me which logs.

I can recover the missing files from the backup archives, but maybe the best is to recover the backup and wait for a fix in order to upgrade correctly ?
I'm afraid of missing the recovery of some config files which could cause problems later on...

Thanks for your help !

Content of yellow-system.ini has been modified

The bug

My website was showing an error stating that the "default theme does not exist" and therefore it was not rendering anything (no text, no images, only the title/links of the different pages of the website).

I found out in the site settings that the site name, author name, webmaster contact etc had been reset to default values, so I checked the content of the file yellow-system.ini since this file contains this information.

The only content of the file was : UpdateEventDaily: 1662076843

So I modified the file correspondingly to what it is supposed to contain :

# Datenstrom Yellow system settings

Sitename: Datenstrom Yellow
Author: Datenstrom
Email: webmaster
Layout: default
Theme: stockholm
Language: en
Parser: markdown
Status: public

and the website was rendered correctly again.

I don't know why and how the content of yellow-system.ini was changed... System logs do not show any updates or changes...

Context

  • Hardware: Raspberry Pi at home
  • YunoHost version: 4.4.2.10 (stable)
  • I have access to my server: Through SSH | through the webadmin
  • Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no

Steps to reproduce

I dont' know...

Expected behavior

That the file content does not change unless a system admin changes it.

Logs

This is the content of yellow-website.log, it shows what I did last time I realized my website content has disappeared (see issue #26), but it seems nothing happened since :

Content of the site has disappeared, now looking like a fresh install...

Describe the bug

I had installed a Yellow site on my raspberryPI, the site was not fhinished and I did not take a look at it for a couple of months (approximately).

I wanted to work again on the site and I discovered that the content of my Yellow site has disappeared, I now fall on the fresh install page...

I searched in my raspberryPI if I could find the site content somewhere else than in /var/www/yellow/content/ but nothing comes out.

Context

  • Hardware: Raspberry Pi at home
  • YunoHost version: 4.3.6.3 (stable)
  • I have access to my server: Through SSH | through the webadmin
  • Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no

My yunohost instance has probably been upgraded between last time the site was working and now. Concerning the Yellow app I don't know if I upgraded it or not (can't remember but maybe this information can be found in logs ?).

The Yellow app version is now 0.8.20~ynh1 and I see that there is an upgrade available for 0.8.20~ynh2

Steps to reproduce

I don't know...

Expected behavior

Content not disappearing ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

Logs

I can provide logs if needed, but I don't know which logs can be interesting in this case (I'm not running into an error...).
