This one interess me, because I have the same "problem" after some time the IOIO stop working, and need to cycle the BT Module for it can work again. In your case, you need to open 256 simultanous connection?

Not simultaneous, but sequential.
I open the IOIO, do a test, disconnect, wait some time (I've tried up to 10sec), and then repeat. The 256th connect locks up.

I'm not. I'm busy on other things.
My guess is that it's in the BT stack, and I don't know anything about that.
