On ginger creates lambda function, we should manage environment variable for using lambda runtime.

Note

In most case environment variable must care as sensitive (account token, etc...), so we'll only create
the variable with an empty string and user set the real value at AWS console.

Currently, we cannot test Lambda function whole developing, so we'll add run, test and build command.

ginger fn run --event=[some event JSON]

The ginger fn run command runs go run in destination function locally . the --event option provides handler event, default uses [function direcotry]/event.json if exists.

ginger fn test

The ginger fn test command runs go test in destination function.

ginger fn build

The ginger fn build command works as build only, make function binary and not deploy to AWS.

I think above commands are useful for development.
