reopening as I just detected another issue.
If you have an old device/iOS version, you're likely to face issue with SSL certificates.
VGMRips website is accessed through https so in case of issue, try to open this URL from safari on your iphone/ipad:
https://letsencrypt.org/certs/isrgrootx1.pem
you need to 'trust' it and then install the certificate
from modizer.
