Do we have a plan to do Web Function?

I can't ping network in ast2400.The MAC and IP are OK in net config.
When the BMC boot,We find this info(ftgmac100 1e660000.ethernet eth0: NCSI interface down).
The NCSI interface is closed.Thanks!
