Feedback for your proposal:
Since you listed a lot of potential projects, I will focus on the ones with the strongest potential (and that meet the theme the best).

7 Medicine tracker: this one is a very good idea to build on. You can also include self-reported affect (like, "medicine X makes me drowsy") so that other (similar) users can learn about potential side-effects of the medicine they will take/are taking. This idea would actually be a very useful app for a lot of people and I would like to see what you guys could do with it.

5 Lost & found, adoptable pets: Being able to connect all of the existing data on animals in shelters/separated from their owners and display them to facilitate pet adoption or reuniting pet and owner is a good idea as well. It would be very useful for someone who finds an animal on the side of the road to quickly check the app to see if it is reported missing (as opposed to just calling animal control).

These two in particular would be great paths to go down (and of course, satisfy the theme of this project).
