Dead project?

Considering there's an open ticket and pull request from 2019, and it doesn't look like there have been any commits since 2017 I assume we can consider this project dead?

Cannot install package on .NETFramework,Version=v4.5.2.

Hi,

I tried to install the package on my project but it gives me this error:
