This repository is a final project for Modern Applied Data Analysis (EPID 8060E) course.

This project uses RStudio, Quarto, Github, and Zotero.

• All data related to this project are in the subfolders inside the data folder. The raw_data folder contains the raw data file in .rds format while processed_cleaned_data contains 2 cleaned data files in .csv and .rds formats. The only difference between those 2 cleaned data files is just their file type.
• All codes related to this project are in code folder with subfolders. The processing_cleaning_code folder contains the code file used for importing and cleaning raw data while analysis_code folder contains the code file used for doing the analysis of cleaned data.
• All results (figures, tables, computed values) are in the results folder with subfolders. The exploratory_analysis_result folder contains the results generated during the exploratory analysis process while final_analysis_result folder contains the results generated during the final analysis process.
• All products (manuscripts, supplement, references, presentation slides, web apps, etc.) are in the products folder with subfolders. The manuscript folder contains the manuscript of the project including Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion parts while supplement folder contains the supplementary materials of this project. The bibtex folder contains the reference file in CSL style that were used as references in this project.

Once you got the repository, you can check out the examples by executing them in order. First run the processing_cleaning_code, which will produce the processed data. Then run the analysis scripts, which will take the processed data and produce some results. Then you can run the manuscript file.
