Most responses should be read from language.cfg. Currently it's only a few
- the rest is hardcoded.

Add RoC login support - this will use only 1 key which is useful for BNET
users and servers where only RoC clients are allowed.

Make !restart available to Linux users too - if possible. Alternatively
Linux users can use scripts to run CCBot which would enable them a similar
function to !restart.

Inter realm messaging - sending from one BNET to another.

Find a better way of recognizing CHAT clients or update the current way.
