Adding known Wi-Fi hotspots in Hong Kong into the Wi-Fi Map App

I am a Dominican Belgian TCK that's currently living in Hong Kong!
There is a feature in WiFi Map that doesn't allow hotspots with similar names near each other to get added into the map. The criteria is as follows:
Knowing this, we can reduce the number of points in the map since a lot of them are close by and have the same names (i.e. WiFi.HK). Having the latitude and longitude of each, we can determine the distance between them and remove unnecessary hotspots.
Change the actions to only show how many have been marked complete, and how many have not.
