Hefur is a torrent tracker.

Features:
 - support http, https
 - support udp (TODO)
 - support ipv4 and ipv6
 - no database required (every thing in memory)
 - should be efficient
 - perfect for small setup
 - info_hash white list based on .torrent in a directory tree
 - can be open and accept any torrent if no white list, through it is not
   yet recommended
