Just added link to XLINK's DTD for supporting the <USE> tag

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. serializeXML a node that has an attribute value containing ' quotes (e.g. 
events with javascript code onclick="alert('hello');" )

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect that the single quote is escaped correctly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

a quick fix is to replace line 
output.push(' ', attrNode.name, '=\'', attrNode.value.replace(/'/g,'"'), '\'');

I don't know if this breaks anything and why it works (somewhere the double 
quote is replaced back to a single quote when setting innerHTML to the 
serialized string again).

Is it possible that also in line 19 you are missing the 'g' after /&/ and /</ 
to replace all occurences, not only the first?

I have a <defs> but no <use> when I try implementing it
