testBinaryNF in NFTest faild with NullPointerException. The exception occurs in contains method in InducedCAT class as test variable is null:

if (test.equals(queryCategory)) {
    return true;
}

It happens because of incorrect fill of top_can_generate array in the same class. top_can_generate is filled with N and S which are static fileds of this class witn no initialization. Then all vals in the array are null:

private final static CCGAtomic[] top_can_generate = new CCGAtomic[]{N, S};
