1.利用for循环语句来批量绘制时钟和分钟的刻度，分别每隔一定的角度来绘制一条短直线
2.用脚本来获取当前的系统时间，利用数学公式转换成时针分针和秒针的角度，从而来达到显示时间的效果
3.为了实时显示时间，设置每1000ms也就是1s重新绘制一次
