Node.js just announced new releases of v18, v20 and v21 to address a number of security vulnerabilities. They are patched in v18.19.1, v20.11.1, and v21.6.2.

It looks as though this fork has been keeping up to date with new releases -- thank you very much :) -- so I'm just opening this issue to check if/when these security patches will make it into the pkg binaries so we can ship new builds with them.

Node.js just announced the release of 18.20.1 security release.

This fork seems to be the most active from the original pkg, and has been keeping up with releases. It'll be great if we could get support for 18.20.1 for all main platforms.

I know the previous maintainer didn't want to support x86 on the windows platform, however it works as expected see:

We need the x86 version for now since our codebase is not fully 64bit. Need to migrate lot of C and C++ code.

Hi, I was wondering what was the reason why no precompiled version of macos-arm64?

Is it due to code-signing? If so, how should we be building this version so we can integrate it into our pkg pipeline?

It's now the latest LTS.
