Proposal: Allow the Deadlock detection to be configurable.

These tasks only update their start and ran/hasRun fields after their delegate's update method is successfully called. If the update call throws an exception, these variables are never updated, so the conditions for the delegate's update method to be called will remain true. If the cause of the exception isn't dealt with, his will cause exceptions to be thrown every tick which is not desirable or useful.

This is ultimately the user's fault for causing an exception, and addressing this issue will only make exceptions be thrown every delay milliseconds instead of every tick, but it's an improvement and is easier to debug. Also, the side effects of executing delegate.update() right up until an exception would probably be worse for the user if it's done every tick.

Solutions that come to mind are to re-assign the fields before the delegate update method is called, or to do that in a finally block somewhere.
