背景

公司在内网开发，开发环境与互联网不通。前辈们都是把代码拿到互联网环境下把jar包下载到本地仓库之后，把本地仓库传给内网的其他同事。

目的

所以这个脚本的目的是，有一个人在互联网把需要的jar包下载到本地仓库，拿到内网之后，不用传给其他同事了，直接传到私服上。就麻烦一个人就行了，不用所有人都麻烦了。
