No-db tests
Make it so tests don't touch the database.
Baked Sites
Support baking the site. IE, write the files as static assets somewhere so rails doesn't get invoked.
Refactor test methodology
The page model shouldn't have Page::Test class there to specify attributes for valid creates. Move into a system using fixtures, and using test helpers.
Style links to 404s differently
If a wiki page links to another wiki page, and we know the link will result in a 404 (or more appropriately, a form to create the page), style the HTML output differently.
