At the moment the client returns responses as arrays. Swap this to return Value Objects (and see if you can make it backwards compatible by extending ArrayObject).

As title, I want to have the CLI mode to check whether the specific password have been pwned quickly.
I think we can use this simple cmd package to implement this feature.
Is any idea about this?

These need to be added to the client library:

This API Client hasn't been updated in 3 years, but it seems to be the most popular around. I'm getting no errors, and the object output is empty. This may be based of the v1 API, but I believe it's still supported. I might be able to fix the issue and submit a pull request

Swap out the https://github.com/xsist10/HaveIBeenPwned/tree/master/src/Adapter and implement https://packagist.org/packages/php-http/adapter

The HaveIBeenPwned API has rate limiting (https://haveibeenpwned.com/api/v2/#RateLimiting). This library needs to be extended to check if a response contains a retry-after header.
