Multithreading instability about libxml-ruby HOT 3 CLOSED

So I vaguely remember this. If you grep the libxml source code you'll see that it internally calls xmlInitParser in a lot of places (for example if you parse a document). Something in the back of my mind tells me that libxml-ruby used to call it but things worked better withou calling it. Sorry that is so vague, its been a few years.

Anyway, agreed the docs do say it should be called, so will add it in similarly to the way nokogiri does. As far as other threading issues, don't know about any but of course that doesn't mean they don't exist.
