Add support for TOSCA v2.0
Description
One of the next steps for updating our TOSCA parser is to support the upcomning TOSCA version 2.0. We should also keep the support for v1.3 for some time. The goal is that the users would be able to choose between version and then we would gradually move just to version 2.0, when this one its fully released.

Current behaviour
We support only TOSCA Simple Profile in YAML v1.3.
Expected results
To support also TOSCA v2.0.
