We want to pull all the dividends by the market identification code, but the api is using ExchangeType which is an enum. Is there a way to may market identification codes to ExchangeType. Otherwise we have to send one request per symbol.

On GlobalHistoricalQuote object, the two fields CumulativeCashDividend and CumulativeStockDividendRatio are spelled as:
CummulativeCashDividend
CummulativeStockDividendRatio

Can we get the sdk publically hosted through nuget? Way easier to manage updates and references that way.

As it is, the library is pretty hard to mock correctly as we can't inject the HttpClient. It would be great if you could give us that option. Thanks.

I cannot find any documentation which explains the possible return types of any of the SDK methods and most importantly what exceptions could be thrown from any call.

Does this exist? If the SDK code was open sourced we could figure it out our selfs; without it really needs to be documented!
