Circle represents the odds ratio of adding drug(s) to existing one(s). The size of circle is proportional to the effect of added drug(s), and the color represents the statistical significance of this odds ratio.

The color of text represents if the added drugs will increase the risk of ADE (red) or decreased risk of ADE (green), followed by the OR value.

The children nodes can be toggled when is clicked.
