Use the containing folder to set the drupal project name

Currently, we have to configure a project name for the drupal cookbook. That is used for the apache virtual host with host-only networking. Let's do some convention over configuration here...

We currently use the website name for the project's repo name. I propose we use the Vagrantfile's containing folder name for the project name by default. It could be overridden if necessary. If the name starts with www, that gets stripped off.

For example:

folder name project name
www.example.com example.com
my.example.com my.example.com
