Being passionate and curious about anything automotive related, I have always wondered how the various driver asistance tools found in many modern vehicles work. This includes tools such as, lane departure warnings, lane keep assist, and adaptive cruise control to name a few. I thought I'd start at the basics and see how OpenCV
can be used to create a simple method of lane detection.
