Missing some Bash settings.

Two noticeable issues here.

The PS1 string does not have access to the "Git Extra" with allows to display the Git branch in PS1.
This causes the following error on the command line prompt `-bash: __git_ps1: command not found
The LS command is not displaying colors for files/directories

When loading Vim, a whole bunch of plugin errors are occurring. This seems to be an issue with Vundle. Until this is fixed, there will be lots of icky errors, and CtrlP/Snipmate plugins will not be working.
