Outdated, lots of emojis missing

There might have been new emojis added to Discord since this repo was last updated. It would be nice to know how you got this data, so that I can make an updated list

Redundancy

Why should i use this when i can use emojione.shortnameToUnicode() and emojione.toShort()

var x = require('discord-emoji') does not work.

I receive the following error trying to require this package.
