Incorrect template used with checkbox
Just noticed this issue on a form I'm working on.
When using the checkbox method from ActiveField, the template attribute seems to be ignored when enclosedByLabel is true (which is the default behavior).
But if you set enclosedByLabel to false, the template will work but will still render incorrect output : it adds a 'template' as a html attribute.
