FiveM Roleplay Boilerplate

This is a boilerplate for FiveM Roleplay Server, it might help you to save a lot of time by skipping the development of the same boring stuff.

Warning: This project is not maintained anymore and uses the legacy version of FiveM

How to install it?

1. Import `install.sql` into your DBMS (e.g. MySQL)

2. Change the credentials of server files

In order to enable all the plugins you have to edit the server.lua files and sometimes settings.lua in each packages present in the resources/directory. That means you have to fill the database name, login and password fields to allow a connection to the database.

Example with resources/jobs/police

In this package you have a file named server.lua, at the line 2 you have to add the database credentials.

Usage (in game)

K : Open your personnal menu X : Hands up (you can move) N : Talk M : Vehicle menu

Whitelisted means you have to add manually the person (from the SQL Database or from admin commands in game)

Help me please.

I import install.sql and copy all resource to my resources directory . after that from [jobs], [car] i also copy sub resources like police,minor and also put that on resources directory.
That's mean, from ("resource/[jobs]/police") to ("resources/police") but what's next? When i open server.lua i found localhost. I have to put ex: "localhost:5977"??? Is it?

I add me on whitelist but can't play

No sql File?

Im trying to use this but i can't find the sql file for essentials

Screen Fade interfering with script.

I was making a script recently that used DoScreenFadeIn and DoScreenFadeOut with the loading screen. spawnmanager was using these natives as well as IsScreenFadedIn and IsScreenFadedOut in a loop to finish spawning the player. My script needed to fade the screen out when the player spawned and keep it like that for a certain period of time, however when spawnmanager detected that in its loop the PlayerSpawned event was fired multiple times and the screen fade I had was removed. This caused complications with my script.

I found a solution though, but I had to manually modify spawnmanager.lua. Was wondering if there is a way to easily disable screen fading completely from spawnmanager within other scripts so that we dont have to modify the code from another resource to get it working.
