IP获取和检测结果的问题
在最早的版本中我的IP获取的方式，是和你所写的一样。但是我发现，这会存在很大的问题，不仅仅是针对于OpenAI，同样针对于别的流媒体平台。例如，我通过任何代理软件的分流规则让OpenAI指定节点A（谷歌云）来访问，其余都是用节点B（搬瓦工）访问，这会导致你获取到的IP是节点B（搬瓦工），显示了可用。脚本输出的IP是节点B（搬瓦工），检测结果是可用。这会误导人，导致使用者认为搬瓦工能解锁OpenAI。
