odd, looks like perhaps someone is monkey patching something they shouldn't be. I'll take a look.

I cannot replicate on 1.9.2 or 1.8.7 on Snow Leopard - all green for me. Please provide more details about your environment.

Hmm, after various permutations of uninstalling and reinstalling the heroku gem I can't reproduce it anymore either.
Initially I was on ree-1.8.7-2011.03 using bundler 1.0.10 and osx 10.6.7.
Closing this since I can no longer reproduce it.

Ah, figured it out. Version 1.19.1 of the heroku gem was released this week. If I force install 1.18.3 it still breaks. It must be something they fixed.
