I have installed Enki this morning and have had no such issue, I am quite the n00b and have not done anything fancy.
Try a clean install again.
PS I am on Lion using Sqlite3 (which does not need installing on Lion)

Sorry I have not looked at this yet, it's still on my radar though.
Are you able to provide more details about your environment? (OS, ruby version, etc...)

I just started getting this one too, after merging in the latest enki version (and upgrading rails to 3.2.6 on top of it). ruby 1.9.3-p125, formtastic 2.2.1, running on heroku. (Odd as it sounds, have not had the time to try and repro locally yet). Will be investigating more tomorrow, probably.

Looks like it's just an API change in Formtastic 2.2.0. Easy enough to fix, though the fix is only backwards-compatible to Formtastic 2.1.0, no further.

Sorry for the delay, but I encountered this in an environment just like bensomers. Using that previous version of Formtastic is a viable solution?

Still not sure how you hit this issue - bundler should have locked to an older version of formtastic (it does so on my machine). Anyway, I merged in @bensomers fix.
