The problem is the title is used for the slug, giving the 3 posts the same URL. It's not adding a comment to the wrong post ... when you click through to a post from the home page to add a comment it's going to the wrong page.

This is only a problem if the posts are on the same day, because the slug is scoped by the current day. Enki isn't designed to deal with this problem automatically - the workaround is to manually change the slug on the posts to be different (structure-1, structure-2, etc...) when you create the post.
